Located in the Rio do Baiano/Lucavek Zone, Tapuia-Camamu district.

• With a total land area of 59 hectares;
• Topography is not flat, slightly undulating;
• Some plantations: Rubber trees under development 5 hectares, Cupuaçu 0.5 hectare, Orchard/Farm 0.5 hectare, some cocoa and banana trees, contains a forest area of 40 hectares;
• It has a house with 70m²;

• 01 Pigsty with 108m² (masonry);
• 01 Warehouse with 138m² (masonry);
• All buildings are in a regular state of conservation;
• The farm is close to streams, riversand waterfalls in the region, bordering around 800m with the Baiano River;
• Access is via the Camamu x Itacaré highway, leaving the BR101 and traveling around 20km to reach Orojó, then another 14km (dirt road), until you reach the farm, either on one side or the other of the highway, Tapuia or Orojó.
