Description

Located very close to the center of Vila do Diogo (just after Praia de Imbassaí), there is this beautiful plot of land with preserved native vegetation, located at the end of a street, with an area of 6,000 m², all surrounded by a 2 meter high screen with eucalyptus stakes and robust access gate. The bottom of the land borders the Imbassaí River (100m from the river), where you can fish, practice water sports or simply enjoy bathing in the waters of this beautiful river. At the high points of this area, there is a beautiful view of the sea, where you can see the virgin vegetation on the banks of the River, the Diogo Dunes and Praia do Santo Antônio, among the coconut trees native to this region.There is already a straw-roofed kitchen-hut on site with basic infrastructure including a wood-burning stove, sink, Condeer, electricity supply and well with running water.
